Not only does exercise give your body a workout it gives your mind a workout as well. And while it's rare that our gender counter parts are on the prowl for the fittest brain we know that a fit mind is a productive mind. And who couldn't use a little more productivity throughout their day.
2. Fitness Helps You to Stress Less
Less Stress = More Fit, Hmmm... We may be on to something. You may not have realized that starting your day off with an effective workout will reduce the amount of stress that builds up over the course of a day. Why not start your day off with a little stress burning exercise!
3. Increases Energy
A morning workout will do wonders for your energy levels! Contrary to popular belief working out isn't going to leave you searching for energy as the day wears on. Regular exercise will help you to have a higher energy level and will ultimately make you much more productive!
4. Finding Time For Fitness isn't that Hard...
I know, I know... You're Busy! Well we all are it's not as hard as you think to make time for fitness. There are so many different exercise options and routines there is definitely something that will fit into your life. Glisten for example allows you to work out 30-60 minutes and some workouts can be completed right from your living room.

We're all in the business of making new like-minded friends. Regular exercise gives you that opportunity, meet a couple of ladies and share your workout with them.

If I told you there is something that you can do that will help you to fight disease, is that something you'd be interested in? If so, then Fitness is for you! Exercise will help to prevent diseases like: cancer, diabetes and hypertension.

So we're all about slimming down in so many of our lives, don't forget the things we we're trying to grow. Like your heart! Consistent exercise will help to get or keep your heart big, strong and healthy!

I love food! I feel like some of your share that love with me, if so then it's time to start regular exercise so that you can keep enjoying your love of food.

Regular exercise is going to leave you feeling great and you may start noticing it in ways that you didn't think you would. If you're a golfer or a swimmer you may notice a little added boost of power. You may even notice that your clothes are fitting a little bit differently than used to with your newly toned muscles.
10. Don't Forget... It's Really About Being Healthy!
Looking great is a big thing, but it's not the only thing! Remember that exercise is really about living healthy and of course in the process I'm sure you'll drop a few dress sizes.
