Why. You need to know this kind of guy insight

I'm just a dude, so what do I know? But I'm trying to understand the difference between skinny and healthy. Of course, most guys are into "skinny" girls and it's true, most guys (all) have rather unrealistic expectations of what a woman's body is supposed to look like. Here's what it comes down, either we don't fully understand or don't fully care when you say to us, "You know she's photoshopped?" or "There's no way that's her real hair..." No matter where guys stand on the issue it's getting kind of scary that some women are at that point where skinny at any cost is best. Here are a couple examples.

Both of these women are beautiful, these examples are just to show that the game is not won by being the skinniest contestant. So ladies, if you're looking for ways to be healthy and not just skinny here are a few tips:

Watch Your Calorie Intake - One of the keys to being healthy and not just losing an unhealthy amount of weight is to monitor your caloric intake in relation to your caloric expenditure. If you're one of those women that loves to work out hard, you need to be careful that you are providing your body with the necessary fuel that it needs to be healthy. If you work out a lot then you should be eating more to remain healthy.

Have a Proper Exercise Routine - It is crucial that you know what you're doing when you exercise. Not only will a proper routine help in your quest for a healthy lifestyle it will also ensure that you aren't wasting time running on the treadmill for hours at a time.

Maintain a Proper Diet - Exercise is only one part of the battle. What you eat is equally important, while I'm not a diet expert, you should definitely give my friends Skinny
and the City
a visit for a more in-depth understanding.
